The easiest way I know to harvest the required information is to start at the county website. I am using Orange County (CA) in my example. You may have to explore to find the information you are looking for.
Locating the municipalities in the county
I eventually found a list of cities in Orange County – there are 34 cities listed. Clicking on each of the cities sends you to their website where you will have to conduct the same type of search we examine here. We will continue our search for the ADA contact information.
Searching for ADA content
A good place to start is typing ADA in the search field. Search through the results until you find something linking to the ADA coordinator position. At the same time, see if there is an ADA page related to Title II and add that web address (URL) to your Excel file.
You will have to probe the website
Careful searching will yield results like this. We are not there, yet.

The verticle line between the letters at the head of the columns allows for the adjustment of the column’s width. You can drag it to expand or contract the width, or double-clicking will auto-adjust the width.
There are other ways you can adjust your view in Excel. The three verticle dots allows for the expansion or contraction of the sliding bar to its right.
Grabbing the sliding bar slides the worksheet horizontally.
The slider on the far right increases or decreases the size of the worksheet. You can also use the +/- icons.
Enter the data in the format shown. Copy and pasting the website address will ensure accuracy.
